Refund Policy
Our refund policy extends for a period of 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Only service will be provided at the provided address during purchase.
Our normal service delivery is within 1 to 5 days after prebooking from our website. If any delays we inform 1our customers via email or text.
To be eligible for a refund, you should cancel your pre booked services with 7 days from your inital purchase. This 7 days condition only applies if you have pre booked our services and we haven’t provided any services within 7 days.
Best option you should inform us asap if you have changed your mind. Once we provide service at your place there will be NO Refund.

Refunds
Once we receive evidence from you and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you regarding our decision. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
